This is a result of our ever-expanding vision of what we have to offer in Northern Ireland’s booming property market. Rea Estates seeks to provide affordable rental accommodation for local residents and boasts a wide range of properties available. Providing property management services, Rea Estates assists landlords with services such as arranging all the details of finding tenants, dealing with repairs and furnishing houses. With hundreds of properties on our books, we have years of experience and expertise in seeking to provide a professional service to all our clients. We strive to ensure that close personal attention to the details of management is not sacrificed with our growth in business. Operating at the heart of a developing North Belfast as well as being in close proximity to Belfast’s city centre means that we are accessible to the local area yet are still in touch with the city’s rapidly growing business and development sector.

Opening our brand new Sales and Investments office in 2007 marked a significant venture and affirmed Rea Estates’ already existing commitment to providing a competitive, professional service in the local area. Building on the knowledge and expertise of our already thriving property management business we were delighted to be able to move into the sales sector.
