- Full credit checks and guarantors acquired for applicants
- Signing of the lease agreement
- Collection of key Deposit plus a full months rent in advance
Letting & Full Property Management
£250* Letting Fee + 10% of monthly rent
Procedure as above with the following additional services:
- Regular property inspections to ensure the property is well maintained
- Collection of rent and DHSS payments (where necessary)
- Electronic transfer of rent every 4 weeks to landlords account
- Regularly monitor rental income
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- 24hr emergency repair line
- Arrange gas safety inspections if necessary
- Full Inspection of the property when tenant moves out
